    BUSY PROFESSIONALS & SINGLE PARENTS who do not have the time, skill, or inclination to maintain their home, or simply want to spend their valuable time in other ways. VACATION HOME & SECOND HOME OWNERS who require maintenance and/or home management services from a distance, we are also able to prepare your home for arrival or tenants arrival. SENIORS who want the freedom of staying in their own home but are at an age where they are ready to let someone else deal with the physical demands of maintaining their home. REALTORS & HOMEBUYERS use CHM as a sales incentive tool to help differentiate their properties and promote sales, offering everything from repairing or updating the house prior to a listing, to provide a detailed maintenance history for the property.
  • WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
    We accept venmo, checks, cash, pay-pal. We do not accept credit cards at the moment.
  • HOW DO I CONTACT MY HOME MANAGER?
    Once your manager has been assigned we will establish best method of communication that works for you. All managers are able to receive text messages, emails & phone calls.
  • WILL VENDORS BE WORKING IN MY HOME WITHOUT SUPERVISION?
    NEVER!! All vendors are accompanied by your assigned home manager, they will never be alone. Our managers make sure to monitor their every move inside your home and make sure nothing is being damaged, stolen or photographed. Managers make sure all services are done correctly and ensure high standards of service are met. We strive to provide the highest level of service in every single home.
  • DO I NEED TO BE HOME EVERYTIME A VENDOR IS SCHEDULED?
    The majority of our clients provide us with keys or a security code so that we can manage the appointments ourselves. This allows CHM to deal with problems without disrupting your busy schedule. The home manager will meet with the contractor at your home so you don’t have to.
  • DO YOU GET MULTIPLE BIDS FOR PROJECTS?
    We try to balance the need to offer competitive pricing with our goal of providing high-end results. For that reason, we work with a pool of pre-screened and qualified service partners on all project work. Because we work with them regularly, they give us preferred pricing, which allows us to manage the work for you while still remaining competitive. If you prefer, we can work with a contractor of your preference. We take the entire burden of the project off of your shoulders and will guarantee the quality of the work.
  • WHAT IF I DECIDE THIS SERVICE IS NOT FOR ME? CAN I CANCEL?
    We offer a monthly payment option as well as a yearly payment option at additional savings. While we will be sorry to see you go, we certainly will not hold you to the contract if the service no longer works for you. You will be refunded the remainder of the money minus the discounted rate at the monthly rate and we do ask that you give us one month’s notice before cancellation.
  • DO YOU UPCHARGE ON VENDOR ESTIMATES?
    We do not upcharge on top of vendor costs, we will send you all proposals directly so that you can approve before any work is done. All estiamtes are fully transparent and we make sure vendors show the detailed line item costs.
  • DO YOU MANAGE REPAIRS & HOME IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS?
    Yes, we are able to get proposals for all repairs and home improvement projects. If you would like for us to be your representation during home removation projects our managers have experience managing large home remodels as well as working with interior designers, architects and engineers.
  • DO I HAVE ACCESS TO ALL OF MY MAINTENANCE RECORDS?
    Yes, all of your records are stored on a secure digital home manager tool that you will have access to. The system is easy to use and keeps all documents and projects organized as well as vendor contacts, vendor estimates, invoices, warranty information and more.
